Final Exibhition
For my final exhibition I will be presenting a few questions from my semester final exam that I had to write out 10 problems in Easy, Medium, Hard, and Ridiculous. This project represents how I have learned about chapters 1-5 of our Algebra ll Text Book. The chapters include; equations and inequalities, linear equations and functions, linear systems and matrices, quadratic functions and factoring, polynomials and polynomial functions. I learned how to apply what is in the text book to my semester final exam. At the exhibition I will have people solve my problems and i will walk the problem through with them.
Final Exhibition Reflection
If I were to have a chance to exhibit this project in a different way, I would have us go back into the book and I would look over why we need to factor, or solve for x. I was asked why we needed to factor and I totally forgot why we needed to factor and it was embarrassing to have to stutter through that. One of my strengths is that I love using new methods of how to solve math and once I fully understand it I find it fun. One weakness that I have is that it is hard for me to learn the way of how to solve a problem and it makes it hard for me to feel confident in math.
Semester Exam Project
I felt that the semester exam final project was interesting. I liked how we were making our own finals, but I did not like how we had to do ridiculous problems that we couldn't solve easily. For the actual exam I am going to study by going through all of my notes, and read over my Algebra ll book that we have learned so far. I felt as if this semester so far was good, because my grades never went down below a B in this class. I could have made more thorough notes, but I was trying to keep up with what the teacher was saying that I skipped a lot.
